It's a new place But something still feels the same Like a long day That never seems to end He just can't shake That the future hangs on what's today So his mind is plagued Of tomorrows all alone Makes claims like an animal Can't be sure he's ever right Cause everyone is a criminal He just wants to surrender his rights She's awake too soon Praying for it to not be noon In her new room She waits for things to pass It's a new day Played out right in front of her What's there to say Had she gone wrong Thinks too much and doesn't shout Can't be sure she's ever wrong Takes care not to think too loud It's her mind all along And everything they see Breathes a little slower than this And everyone they need Doesn't make necessity In that dark light He hollows out his mind at night And he's made right With the warmth of her hand The car they slept in A rolling shitty sanctuary His biggest win Is having her right by his side

Hotel 02:44
The last thing I wanted Was to be disregarded I'm still angry without reason to be And this tragic contraption Of lost interaction Has proven itself useless to me Let's take out the words Try not to get hurt See where our evening will lie Lately I'm too quiet I try not to live by it Forever wishing my ego would die And we stop And you stare It's a constraint to which you're not aware But it cuts And it tears Till my hands are best thrown in the air The last thing I needed Was to be repeated You're still accepting without reason to be So you've lost all your magic Inside your demographic Define if you're succeeding to me You took out the dirt Flown high up a skirt Of no one you needed to see But it might keep you warm Though your limbs might be torn From running yourself straight up a tree And we stop And you stare It's a constraint to which you're not aware But it cuts And it tears Till my hands are best thrown in the air Get a hotel I mean motel Get the lead out When you're in doubt Get to moving Time is losing And we're all gonna die

It's not that I care to know What you do with your money It's just that I've seen your girlfriend's new coat And something's starting to sound funny Maybe you deliver pizzas in your car in your spare time We both know right now times are tough Asking ain't no crime It's what you do with what you have that gets you through this life It's what you do with what you have And what you have It ain't much I really appreciate all the food We never ate together And I know it's not right to assume But you and Jack Sheppard would be good together A maniacal masochist on the verge of hospitalized It's a wonder you exist Not institutionalized It's what you do with what you have that gets you through this life It's what you do with what you have And what you have It ain't much I'm cleaning up a mess for you inside my mind hoping you're gone for good And then I wonder if I've served my time and if not I probably should

Run 03:15
We all just die in the end But please just don't tell me when I'm running out on this city and it's people If you ever forget to breathe I mean if you really need me Just don't make it so hard to turn around Wake up as a bug in your bed Let all words go to your head Make some peace for yourself and call it progress Whiskey fueled nights in your room No color not at least a full bloom Keep your words to a limit they say And this space I've crawled into doesn't fit me so well I'm learning how to see things through so you'll see through myself Time and space themselves collide within a black ink pen And the chemistry will coincide and I am yours to mend The silence crawled inside of me Felt like my ears were ringing I just need somewhere slower to clear my head We all just die in the end But please just don't tell me when I'm running out on this city and it's people And this space I've crawled into doesn't fit me so well I'm learning how to see things through so you'll see through myself Time and space themselves collide within a black ink pen And the chemistry will coincide and I am yours to mend

Breathe 04:03
Don't forget the harder things Like eating food and saying things Just see what another year will bring When you finally do go out The world doesn't have to let you know On this path there's no right way to go You're making yourself a brand new home Whispering secrets you wanna shout And with a back about to break down And a stomach with no personality The night will always turn to day So if the timing got lost in your mind Or if you just changed on the answer Nothing can ever take your past away The word's small inside your mind You're feeling like you're losing time Some days you rest and some days you're fine But the world don't owe you shit So take a breath and let it out Take a drive head to the south Keep your friends and watch your mouth You'll get the hang of it And with a back about to break down And a stomach with no personality The night will always turn to day So if the timing got lost in your mind Or if you just changed on the answer Nothing can ever take your past away The things you have are yours to keep Though be sure to tread so carefully Things aren't always what they seem But don't be scared ti be yourself Not everyone's gonna understand But that's okay cause now you've got your plans If someone's lost try to take their hand Some day you'll need the help And if you're feeling so small and left out Or you just can't see yourself At least there's always some perspective Dig your heels don't lose your ground You'll find successful ends You're not old enough to be selective
